Correct URL is http://packages.synocommunity.com/

But we're having SQL issues right now, this will be fixed very soon :(

Is there a mirror, or another way to install HTS TVHeadEnd package ?
Good luck with fixing this issue.
Regards.

I just found out about your repo. Shame it's broken. Can't you publish a static (old cached) version of the repo until the DB is fixed?

Just disabled, it, rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled, still gives the same issue. Any ideas how to run these things from the command line and perhaps I can get more useful debugging information?

potyt commented Jun 1, 2014

Fixed - unrelated issue, something in my .profile was erroring and causing the start-stop-status script to exit.

Another question, what is the purpose of the -custom packages for headphones, sickbeard, couchpotato, etc?

@GldRush98

They allow you to use any fork you want. You just put in a git url.

Hi,

I've updated headphones with your version, but i keep getting the unknown version error and my newly added artists hang on loading.

Both seem to be problems solved in updates long ago.

Is this an older version or am I doing it wrong?

@Patrick1610 See #1027, it should provide you with a way around the issue. Otherwise, I think we're able to fix that with another package update.

Anybody else experiencing problems accessing the website ?
All I see in Safari is an empty page, an Chrome gives the following error message:

Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

httpS://synocommunity.com or http://synocomunnity.com ?

httpS works for me as well, http still results in an error message in Chrome and a blank page in Safari...

[edit]
Apparently (my) Chrome and Safari (on OS X) don't want to follow the redirect, firefox works fine :(

That's the expected behavior. This URL is for your NAS, not a browser.

I got an 'Invalid location' on my ds215j.

And wget http://packages.synocommunity.com/ returns ERROR 400: BAD REQUEST.

Is it down for maintenance?

@Diaoul
Copy link
Member

Diaoul commented Nov 28, 2014

Your NAS isn't supported by the repository yet as this is a new architecture, hence the error Invalid Location.
http://packages.synocommunity.com/ is for NAS only so it's expected that you have a 400 when you open it in a browser.

zerosyn commented Nov 29, 2014

Thank you. And about how long would it be supported?

When the toolchain will be available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/dsgpl/files/?source=navbar
You can ask Synology for an estimated date.
