This does not appear to fix the issues with mono on 88f6281. It allows the applications to run but when trying to access something on the internet it gives System.DllNotFoundException: /volume1/@appstore/mono/lib/../lib/libmono-btls-shared.so. See my post here #3803 (comment) |

Motivation: Fix ARMv5 mono packages
Linked issues: add changes from #4266 to the remaining packages. Thanks @ccwillia #3443 (comment) should fix #4363 too.
I don't have any ARMv5 device so someone else may need to verify this.
