Follow these instructions to create test data for SharePoint with Acceleratio.SPDG:

  1. Start Acceleratio.SPDG. Connect to SharePoint Online or SharePoint On-Premises and provide your username and password. Click Next to continue. Step 1

  2. Select a domain to create your user and group accounts. Choose an organizational unit, define the number of users in your environment and the number of security groups, and set a limit for thr number of users that can be created in the security groups. Click Next to continue. Step 2

  3. Generate new Web Applications and provide the owner’s username, password, and email and the SQL server name. You can also use existing SharePoint Web Applications. Click Next to continue. Step 3

  4. Define how many new Site Collections you would like to generate and provide the username and email. You can also use an existing SharePoint Site Collection. Click Next to continue. Step 4

  5. Define how many **new Sites **you would like to generate, define the number of site levels and pick a site template. For example, you can create a team site, blank site, developer site, academic library, central admin site, project site, or community portal. Click Next to continue. Step 5

  6. Define the number of Lists and Libraries per site and decide how big those lists will be. Select the list and library types and set a limit for the number of folders in the document libraries and the nested folder level for each document library. Click Next to continue. Step 6

  7. Choose whether to create columns or views and then set a limit for the maximum number of columns per list and the maximum views per list. Click Next to continue. Step 7

  8. Define the type and size of the Items per List and Library. You can choose which document types will populate your test SharePoint by selecting the check boxes next to the formats you want to include. Click Next to continue. Step 8

  9. Decide whether you need Content Types to be attached to your lists and libraries. Click Next to continue. Step 9

  10. Add any Step 10. Click Next to continue.

  11. Assign permissions and define how they will be dispersed among users. Click Next to finalize your SharePoint structure. Step 11

  12. Click Start for Acceleratio.SPDG to generate mock data for your SharePoint. Step 12
