bug/tup-650: Resetting (unset) padding-block from cms #371

Overview

Remove padding-block from cms, but leave portal is.

Related

Changes

  • Simple change. padding-block: unset

Testing

Tests were done across production, dev, and local environments.
The dev environment was the best to test the cms portion of this and to see the differences.
The local environment was the best for testing out the actual changes.
