Pre-release containing:

This release is meant to only provide a .csv url for the initial publication. This file contains the sanitized form fields, groups at different dendrogram cut offs as well as assigned themes. Several other columns are included as well.

The next release will contain setup instructions, a quick/simple tutorial, a data dictionary, required auxiliary files, and the jupyter notebooks.
