If temporary file open decoding halts #48

If temporary file is open and the email is re-opened winmail.dat decoding is halted.

Use email specific folders
Handle locked files gracefully
The writing to the temporary file folder should be re-visited (use started for drag and drop support)

As drag and drop was removed we no longer use temporary files. This is now invalid
