Bad link to "Licensing and Citation"

On page https://tei-c.org/guidelines/ the link under "Licensing and Citation" is to https://tei-c.org/guidelines/access.xml which does not exists and is probably wrong in any case.

The correct link should be https://tei-c.org/guidelines/licensing-and-citation/

A similar problem is the link under "Getting Involved".

PS: it might be a good idea to have a cron link checker for the site.

This link is working for me...I wonder if someone quietly repaired it. (Same with the link issue in #1936 ). We check for broken links every time we build the Guidelines, but I don’t think we are doing so for the rest of the website, so a cron job checking links seems a very good idea.

Cancel that! We discovered the sidebar menu on that page had the correct link, but @emylonas points out the link in the body text is what is broken! (And is broken for me, too.) So yes, definitely a problem.

Just fixed those two links in the WordPress
