- Update to Python 3 - Include generation of p_from_z check_data. Previously, the p_from_z array had been added by hand-editing.
There are no changes in the actual numbers in the data files.

The two python utilities that generate the gsw_saar_data.c and gsw_check_data.c files from the netcdf file are now modernized, and much simpler than they were. There are no changes in the numbers in the files they generate, but there is a comment bug-fix in one and the removal of trailing whitespace in both.
