The zip file (checkpoints.zip) contains all of the available checkpoints. The available checkpoints include:
- cdrh3_design.ckpt: checkpoint for Epitope-Binding CDR-H3 Design
- struct_prediction.ckpt: checkpoint for Complex Structure Prediction
- cdrh3_opt.ckpt & cdrh3_ddg_predictor.ckpt: checkpoints for affinity optimization on CDR-H3 only
- multi_cdr_design.ckpt: design all 6 CDRs simultaneously
- multi_cdr_opt.ckpt & multi_cdr_ddg_predictor: optimize affinity on all 6 CDRs simultaneously
- full_design.ckpt: design the entire variable domain, including the framework regions
