Instead of setting a magic string in a global environment
TYPO3 changed to inject the request type into the bootstrap.

We keep the putenv for now to stay compatible with
older TYPO3 revisions.

Since SystemEnvironmentBuilder now builds the Environment,
we must not do so in UnitTestBootstrap
