Meh Tools v0.6

First "proper" release of .crx file for Meh Tools Chrome Extension.

1. Download the MehTools.crx file below.
2. Open a new tab in chrome and navigate to: chrome://extensions/
3. Drag and drop the MehTools.crx file into the window.
4. You will see a window similar to this, agree that you trust the extension:
   
5. Go to meh.com/forum and in the URL bar, you will now see a little goat image:
   
6. Click on the goat to adjust your settings, the window should look like this:
   
7. When you are done, click "Save Settings" to apply them or click somewhere else to leave the settings unchanged.

When all else fails, blame the goat!
