Unable to add extension to Chrome #32
Comments
I just tried installing the extension from the Chrome Web Store and it worked on Chrome 54.0.2840.98 on macOS 10.11.6. I'm not aware of anything about this extension that would prevent installing on other platforms, and I don't have a Windows 10 machine available to test. I would recommend trying on another Windows 10 machine, or perhaps seeing if you have the same issue with other Chrome extensions. |
Thanks for checking…I’m thinking that it has to do with a proxy that is blocking me on our domain. Not sure though…still researching. Receiving the following error when trying to add the extension to Chrome...
"Image decode failed"
PC is on Windows 10 Pro
Chrome version is 54.0.2840.99(64 bit)
Not sure that it matters, but the PC in question is an auto logging PC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
