They are now included in the spreadsheet as well as in emoji.py. Closes #2081.

Sorry to hear it wasn't as simple as expected. We'd have hoped that having the Emoji spreadsheet would make it easier as everything could be copy-pasted between Emojipedia to the spreadsheet and from there to our code. No, the difficulties were fully on me, I just mostly wasn't careful enough with each of the commits to check other consequences.
