IME candidate popup position is wrong on scaled monitors

On a monitor with 200% scaling the IME popup advances way past the actual text input and eventually flies out of the tauon window entirely. No such problem on a monitor with 100% scale. Seems like either the scaling should not be applied to IME positions or its getting applied twice?
