📖 Portfolio-setup-and-mobile-first

Portfolio-setup-and-mobile-first is my first project of building a portfolio in Microverse as a new developer. It is intended to test students on their knowledge of setting up repositories and configuring linter and also to test the ability of the knowledge of HTML and CSS they have already.
