Dataset considered : New York Airbnb A price prediction model is created where Multi Linear Regression is called to predict the prices of New York City's Airbnbs. The value of R-square obtained from the model comes out to be 0.5367. A vast amount of exploratory data analysis is done on the dataset which provides a brief view about the data. From EDA we get to know that New York's best or the most popular neighborhoods are Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens and the same is shown in the data visualizations as well.
