Initial beta release

This is a beta release of the new TappyBLE keyboard wedge utility featuring the enhanced reliability of a reader heartbeat. It will find and connect to nearby TappyBLEs, establish and maintain a heartbeat, and automatically enter NFC data scanned from tags as keyboard entry.
