Covers reworked!

Please report, if open/close logic is not working correctly.

breaking:

• Tilt only covers are now correctly recognized and not up/down covers anymore. Therefore if you use services, now use cover._cover_tilt i.s.o. cover._cover. e.g. cover.close_cover_tilt
• switch "Slat Impulse" will be removed and corresponding entity become unavailable and has to be manually deleted. Functionality is available via the open close buttons in the cover controls.

new:

• Support Tilt on covers. Shutters now support moving up/down AND tilting.
• Support more configuration controls for cover devices.
• Add support for UP_DOWN_REMOTE as event entity. This is currently tailored for the "WAREMA Wandsender basic". For other devices to correctly show event names, I might have to adapt the code.
• Support translation for multiple brightness sensors.
• Support "Rain Last Hour" and "Rain Today" sensors.
