If the hideGlobalTasks parameter is active, the tasks-per-map counter needs to ignore global tasks. We needs to use the same logic that the task list uses to filter out global tasks. The task list checks the map property of the task object for null. Resolves TarkovTracker#420

This fixes:
Add Hall Of Fame image icon
Remove Checks for station ID as its no longer broken
Add percentage to the dashboard
Updated dashboard headings with newest version and fixes
Resolves #419 , resolves #400
And just some other simple adjustments and improvements I found to be helpful please let me know if anything needs to be changed
