FR - MQTT Discovery

Hi there,
I would like to know if it would be possible to integrate MQTT Discovery in addition to Network Discovery.

This will allow a faster discovery (rather than check the whole network, which might be big, only look for the tasmotas group or a specific topic path), in addition, the system might become able to add devices as soon as they are added to MQTT, plus, very important, if for some reason the device IP change, there is no need to remove/re-add the device (or edit it) into TasmoAdmin as it would be IP agnostic.
