Фридом импланту увеличен минимум использований(с 1 до 3), а также реагенты которые снимают боль и дают возможность встать, но получил ограничение - его нельзя использовать без наручей(+ не будут тратится юиспользования из-за случайных эмоутов)
Почему и что этот ПР улучшит
Бафф фридома да бы сделать его чуточку полезным и повысить шанс на его покупку/играбельность.
Реагенты же не дадут сразу повалить того кто хочет свободы.
