Описание изменений

Добавлено 13 стандартных и 1 кастомный рингтон КПК на выбор.
Рингтоны можно выбрать в листе персонажа и в самом кпк при игре.

Кастомный рингтон ограничен 100 символами. Стандартные - не ограничены.

Крч сделал чтобы музыка прерывалась если открыл кпк/ответил через Reply в чате.
И музыка не игралась если у тебя уже открыт твой КПК.

Перенеси рингтоны на VOL_EFFECTS_INSTRUMENT:

  1. Ими можно людей бесить неприятными звуками
  2. У них кастомные ноты прямо как инструментов
  3. Возможно побудит людей включить обратно этот преф и слышать музыку в баре.

Это кстати позволило бы не удалять регекс, потому-что не надо было бы кастомизировать звуковой канал... Но я бы не откатывал это изменение, а добавил бы в playsound STACK_TRACE("Invalid volume channel passed: [volume_channel]") сообщение об ошибке.

Добавил санитайз загружаемой кастомной мелодии в префах при загрузке префа и убрал лишнее повторение плей рингтоне и сет рингтоне.
