OneSignal

OneSignal Data Privacy

Tautulli Remote uses OneSignal to handle delivery of notifications.

With encryption enabled in Tautulli there is no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected. Some non-PII user information is collected and cannot be encrypted. Read the OneSignal Privacy Policy for more details. Without encryption the contents of the notifications are sent to OneSignal in plain text.

Notification data sent through OneSignal's API will be deleted after ~30 days.

Once you accept, this device will register with OneSignal. Consent can later be revoked to prevent further communication sent to OneSignal.

Consenting to OneSignal Data Privacy

If you have not consented to the OneSignal Data Privacy you will presented with a banner on the settings page notifying you that you cannot receive notifications without consenting. In the banner there is a button that will take you to the privacy page where you can consent.

Once you consent to the OneSignal Data Privacy your device needs to register with OneSignal. A banner is displayed informing you to wait to register your server until this process is complete. This process can take upwards of a few minutes depending on how responsive OneSignal is at the time.

The banner will disappear once the device has successfully registered with OneSignal.
