Tea times should be removed from dashboard after host cancels them

Right now, I've canceled all these tea times (on local):

BUT /.../schedule looks like this:

So the problem is it should be the no tea times page, right?

@nickbarnwell problem is that there are tea times on the /profile when there shouldn't be. I included the /.../schedule page to demonstrate that they were indeed canceled.

So I'm pretty sure there used to be a "You cancelled this tea time" that replaced the "cancel this tea time" text. Seems like it got lost in a merge somewhere. Just readd that (-unless tea_time.cancelled?...) and it should work again. There's a separate bug on the Schedule page I'll fix
