Contains the scans, hour reports, and archived attendance scanner data.
Within the top-level directory, you can find:
- The record of all scans for every student ID
- The total number of hours for every student ID
- The number of build season hours for every student ID
Within the archives directory, old hour reports are stored chronologically.
Within the private directory, you can find:
- The record of all scans for every student ID
- Archives of the total number of hours for every student ID
- Archives of the build season hours for every student ID
NOTE: For privacy reasons, data within the private directory is encrypted, and ID numbers in the top-level and archives directory are truncated to the last 4 digits.
