Example showing integration of atomecs with matlab and use of matlab's optimiser to drive simulation parameters.
Clone the repository using
git clone https://github.com/TeamAtomECS/source_optimisation_example --recurse-submodules
then run mot.optimise2D to run the optimisation of a strontium source.
