better playlist support - playing title from youtube playlist should enqueue following playlist titles

Feature description

Currently it seems impossible to me (If i have not missed anything) to start a playlist from the middle.
Its only possible to select play all and skip n times (that is unfeasable in long lists) or select a playlist entry but then the next selected titles do not come from the playlist.

Why do you want this feature?

being able to continue long playlists (e.g. music collections)
