Handle podcasts RSS feeds and build a channel page to each of them

Feature description

NewPipe can already handle YouTube channels’ RSS feeds (despite the fact that it can’t open URLs to said feeds. See #9976) and it would be great if it could also process any podcast RSS feed and build a channel page to each feed. This way, it would be possible to use NewPipe as a podcast app, a job at which it would be better than a lot of other podcast-dedicated apps.

Why do you want this feature?

To improve NewPipe's RSS feed handling capabilities and have an alternative app for podcasts.

@SameenAhnaf Read it again, please. This feature request is NOT about turning NewPipe into a podcast app or scraping Google Podcasts for podcasts. This is all about using a feature which NewPipe already has (which is, to process RSS feeds) and use this feature to also process podcasts RSS feeds. It is the kind of feature that doesn't requires any GUI changes and that, once implemented, won't need maintenance.
