The launcher is in a very beta state. Once installed you'll need to create a GitHub Personal Access token to login and begin using it.
- Node.js
- Bower (npm install bower -g)
- In repository root run "npm install"
- In repository root run "npm start"

Note: You'll need cmd line access to git. Install git-scm ( https://git-scm.com/downloads ) and make sure that git is added to your environment paths.
