I think of one possible solution to that. Namely, instead of hardcoding a single instance, periodically do a health check of a list of instances, then return a random instance that is working. This way, the bot would avoid putting too much financial strain of the instance hosts and putting them at risk of getting rate limited by Google. Such traffic offloading would also mean more bandwidth per viewer. This is especially important as it's not the only software hardcoding piped.video, LibreTube also does that.
