what's Changed
- Feature - Colony Blueprints! You can now create specific blueprints and assign them to a governor. The governor will try to build the listed buildings along with its own logic. If the Blueprints are marked as Exclusive, the governor will build only the buildings in the plan and scrap all other buildings it can. You can also link blueprints to other blueprints so governor will switch to the linked blueprints once its current blueprints are done. Note that this is a very new feature and bugs are to be expected. Please update us if you encounter any of them.
- Fix - Hull editor must be enabled by flag in globals.yaml to work.
- Fix - Thalaron beams now only 10% effective vs Mechanical Defense.
- Fix - Bug in disable pirates flag.
- Fix CA links in readme.md.
- Fix - When a planet is colonized with exploration events that has enemy ships/troop to spawn - trigger immediately and spawn
- unknown empire if selected pirates on event spawns are friendly.
- Fix - Load/save menus did not have delete icon drawn.
