A start on some Postgres configs

This stuff is for my tiny VPS rapid get-me-a-site setup.

Memory values are low for larger production servers, but these benchmarks aren't using tons of memory anyway.

Manly pay attention to max_connections. After a point, having more postgres connections just eats memory and doesn't offer any more performance advantages because your gevent workers are saturated with useful things.

feel free to take a look at config/postgresql.conf to see our postgres config. This is more or less the default config file with some options to allow TCP connections.

Aight. That I can diff through pretty quickly. There are only about three
settings of major relevance.

I need to get back on it, but I have to point out that it's possible to use
more gunicorn processes to offset socket blocking with OS process
switching. Useful for non-pool-able setups.
