Click the green "Code" button, then "Download Zip". Extract the ZIP file somewhere easy to find.
To use LMCSHD, open the LMCSHD_TechRandom_Release folder and run "LMCSHD.exe". You can right click the executable and create a shortcut for easy access, just don't remove the .exe file from the folder it's in.
