Front-end:

	- Added Comments Sectione
	- Added apartment's interested section
	- Created an upload component
	- Made Publish Apartment Page responsive & improved Design
	- Changed some files locations.
Back-end:
	- Changed comments to be saved from new to old instead of old to
	new.

Back-end:
47a3ac5 
	Removed "title" property from apartment model.
Front-end:
	Improved Publish Apartment design & made it responsive.
	Created Upload component.
	Publish Apartment Communicated with back-end.
	User is transmitted to his ad after publishment.
	Add transition to interested list add/remove.
