Power pass

Daniel edited this page Jun 9, 2019 · 1 revision

Certain multiblocks if not most are enabled to transmit power from input to output. This is done by enabling Power Pass (power generators do not require it enabled to output power).

Behavior:

If enabled excess power from input it transported to output. This allows power to flow trough machines without needless cabling running along the machines, since they can behave like cables. This power transmission is supported by normal, multiple ampere and laser hatches of all kinds.

Disclaimer:

EU flows outside if the inner buffer of the multiblock is saturated, so it might take a while before the effect is visible in low power conditions.
