Get top 15 states with most cases.
If there are less than 15 states with such condition, get only those.

hi @gurrrung , please confirm if the format for the data to display using 'new' command needs any change or we can go like this? (data is sorted on new confirmed cases and if less than 15 states available, it will show only those but not more than 15)
