Suspected due to code changes in the proxmox-api-go pre-req, This project no longer builds.

Error is as follows:

# github.com/Telmate/terraform-provider-proxmox/proxmox
github.com/Telmate/terraform-provider-proxmox/proxmox/provisioner.go:67:30: cannot use vmParams (type map[string]string) as type map[string]interface {} in argument to client.SetVmConfig

Fixed build, test terraform plan succeeds.
