Fluorescent Ceiling Fixture

I have:

• [ X] Searched all issues to make sure there isn't a request for this icon.
• [ X] Searched the current library to make sure the icon doesn't exist.
• [ X] Only requested a single icon (or a few near-identical ones) in this issue.

Usage

This would be used to identify ceiling fluorescent lights, ideally in two variants: one on; and one off.

I've had a difficult time finding any examples. The closest one is the first item in row five:

Hello, This, 4944, is not a duplicate of 4450. 4450 is for a Fluorescent tube light, i.e.,just the tube or bulb. #4944 is for a Fluorescent fixture that hold two or more tubes. We’re having trouble figuring out how to do to one bulb that works at native resolution. Two bulbs is most likely out of the picture. Any other fixture is simply a rectangle and we have several icons that could cover that use case, such as the rectangular wall sconces.
