Argos was initially designed to replace Charlemagne due to it's repeated downtimes and act as an LFG integration.
Later on the developers experimented with Discord's new Metadata feature and Argos has only grown since.
Sourcecode is made public for transparency reasons and to provide insight how Argos works.
