应该可以，注意编译时加上 arm

@nihui nihui大神，请问，如何编译生成NCNN的动态库，然后在安卓平台测试NCNN的性能？可以给一些有参考的资料链接么。。我看那些在安卓平台测试的，都是基于APP。我想做的就是在安卓平台上，写个测试程序，调用NCNN库。

为啥一定要动态库，静态库不是挺好的么，libncnn.a 又不大...

测试性能可以用 benchmark 目录下的工具，adb shell 在手机上跑
