用了最新版本的ncnn，网络结构类似mobilenet v2，速度反而慢了，请问有碰到这种情况的吗

有的，内存池优化后的benchmark在rk3399上反而慢了，pc端倒快了很多

我也是，RK3399上最新版比20180704 d0cad77的Release要慢....

@EEWenbinWu 我测试的在RK3399上，master内存池版本比0704要慢，不知道你0704跟哪个版本在比较

我这边 caffe mobilenet-ssd 转ncnn之后，测试一张图片640x480 在手机上大约1s？ 请问怎么优化呢？

Please try to use NDK 14b which will generate fastest code, I tried NDK 15c, 16, and 17, 14b is the winner

我测试下来0704更快，而且0704速度很稳定，比20190320，20181228，20180830都快，速度有时波动好大 @nihui
