作业包含ipv6的主机（未安装agent), 执行时显示“状态异常"

原因：
未安装agent的ipv6主机，没有agentId,导致执行报错

处理方案：
这种没有agentId的ipv6主机视为非法主机，不能继续往下执行，直接报错提示用户
