Update Chicks (CKS)

+ remove pools, PoW ended @ block 50,000 + fix all center & dashes with [hr] code that does the same thing + add CKS logo + change font size from 40 to 20, because of smaller screens viewing (tablets & phones) + add tables & images for all links
