Add Alt-text missing in on screen editor of controlled vocabularies #1270

When hovering over the plus, pencil, or trashcan icons in the on screen editor portion of the controlled vocabularies, the Alt-text currently displays as "Actions." A VUG member reported that the Alt-text display should be Add, Edit, and Delete.
