Update to reorder and patch a little UI bug caused by 1.0.6

Reminder of what we added earlier today with 1.0.6 :

• Patching save not working (now when you set up keys or intervals, the parameters are saved and loaded when you relaunch the software)
• Big stability improvement
• Correction of concurrency problems
• Good management of different intervals when both keys are pressed at the same time

Note :
It's working well, but there's a little bug when we swap quickly between wheel up macro and wheel down macro (it's like locking the downwheel loop while we are pressing the up assigned key and alternating between up and down), I will patch this asap
