  1. user can view a list of question/polls.
  2. user can vote and edit response untill the polls close.
  3. polls have to be open and close at the time that administrator set.(if user set time)
  4. question will invisible untill it reach start time that user set.
  5. appliction should show result of the polls real time vote
  6. administrator can modify poll/ choice during polls period
