First, you need to download the zip. After that, extract the provided ZIP file to a directory on your computer. You can usually do this by right-clicking the ZIP file and selecting "Extract All," "Extract Here," or a similar option but to make it organizable, extract it as file. Now, you can click onto the products folder and click on index.html file. This should pop-up as a website on your Google or whatever explorer you are using.
