I created a "BitList" that can be add to the structures

It has more features than the BitArray structure, such as the add/remove one or more bits to an existing BitList, and is convertible to all native types and it has many more ctor.
I can send it to you to modify it as you want.

Hi @LorenzoLotti , can you add it to the project via a PR? I'd be glad to improve our existing BitArray. If you cannot do that, my mail is siryaka@gmail.com, but I'm quite busy at the moment and most probably won't have time to incorporate your BitArray into the project any time soon.
