Enhancing the Item shop abilities

What's the feature? Please describe the feature in detail, how it will work, etc.

Having the ability to Gift items in some way would give them more of a use.

How will this feature help you or your community or the users of Discord in general?

I am trying to use this for a paid entry or ticketing system where people can buy a ticket and be granted entry into an event or gathering of some sort. while it its possible to use it now, it would quickly become near impossible to moderate new or old tickets. the ability to have them gift an item to another person would be excellent for this purpose.

Is this feature similar to an existing feature?

The guild shop is a work in progress, so currently you can only buy (using buy), sell and list (using sell) items in the guild shop and with yourself (using myItems). But the suggested feature, and much more like being able to trade items, limiting the no. of items in store, etc., is actually already planned. So, it will come in the future release for sure.

I could do this by the next release this Sunday, but I'm holding any new features (specifically which includes interacting with the database) as I'm currently working on a database redesign/rewrite as the public Bastion's database is having locking issues in peak times because of multiple shards. So, that's my priority now. After that's done, I'll start working on this feature, including others.
