Sleep more between commands when doing word wrap. #2

Hopefully this will fix the need to press the shortcut 2 times on some occasions.

Since the original hotkey was blocking the keyboard "i" key and sending a "fake i", all hotstrings using the "i" were broken.

With @CloakerSmoker#2459 maybe this is fixed now.
